This past week was such an emotionally draining week, but it ended well. Today, with a few precious friends from church, we went to Elora Gorge to relax and have fun. This is one of my favorite spots to go to in my area. It's just unfortunate that it hasn't rained a lot this summer so the water isn't swimmable.
It felt like a getaway even though we were only there for a few hours. I love nature's ability to recharge you. It's like you're literally breathing LIFE when you're so close to rocks, trees, waters and wildlife (dragonflies count!).
was awesome mini trip!
